Join us for a contemplative walk from Lilydale to Mt Evelyn along the stunning Yarra Valley trail. We will meet at Lilydale train station at the bottom of the stairs at 9.30am and then gather nearby for a short reflection before beginning the walk. The walk to Mt Evelyn is approximately 7 km with some slight undulation including walking through a glorious canopy of trees. We will have lunch at Mt Evelyn including a reflection time and then complete the return walk to Lilydale which is slightly quicker. Or you may prefer to get a bus from Mt Evelyn back to Lilydale station. These are tentative plans but please indicate your interest so we can finalise the plan for the day.
- Time: 9.30am at Lilydale Station
- Lunch: BYO or food easily available from a cafe in Mt Evelyn

- 9.30am – gather at Lilydale station
- 9.45am- shared reflection
- 10am – begin walk
- 11.30am – arrive Mt Evelyn and have lunch
- 12 midday – reflection
- 1pm – return walk (or bus to Lilydale)
- 2.15pm – arrive Lilydale station and return home
