SUMMARY:via zoom: Reading The Acts of the Apostles\, monthly study group\, 
 Tuesday 20 May 1.30pm.
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join us to read and discuss the Acts of the 
 Apostles each month on the third Tuesday. The group started on Tuesday 18 
 February and began reading Acts. We will continue to meet monthly until we
  have finished progressively reading the Acts of the Apostles.\n\nBeing pa
 rt of the group will require a level of commitment to read the relevant pa
 rts of Acts before each monthly meeting.\n\nMembers of the group will take
  turn in reading aloud sections of the Acts followed by open discussion. W
 e are not reading this as an academic exercise but rather to gain an under
 standing of how the early Christian communities came about\, what were the
 ir concerns and how they operated.\n\nIn this way we hope to gain personal
  insight into our relationship with the Church in its role as a guide to l
