SUMMARY:via zoom: Reading The Acts of the Apostles\, monthly study group\, 
 Tuesday 15 April 1.30pm.
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join us to read and discuss the Acts of the 
 Apostles each month on the third Tuesday. The group started on Tuesday 18 
 February and began reading Acts. We will continue to meet monthly until we
  have finished progressively reading the Acts of the Apostles\n\nBeing par
 t of the group will require a level of commitment to read the relevant par
 ts of Acts before each monthly meeting.\n\nMembers of the group will take 
 turn in reading aloud sections of the Acts followed by open discussion. We
  are not reading this as an academic exercise but rather to gain an unders
 tanding of how the early Christian communities came about\, what were thei
 r concerns and how they operated.\n\nIn this way we hope to gain personal 
 insight into our relationship with the Church in its role as a guide to li
