Along with the month of November, the month of July acknowledges more Carmelite Saints in liturgical observances than any other month of the year.  The two principal feasts for the Order, that of its two major Patrons, Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Prophet Elijah occur in July.  In this Carmelite Conversation, we will consider the lives and relevance of five of the nine Carmelite Feasts in July, seeking to understand how they can be sources of inspiration, encouragement and intercession for us today.

th – Our Lady of Mount Carmel
th – Blessed Teresa of St Augustine
th – Elijah
th – Blessed John Soreth
th – Saint Titus Brandsma
