Let’s stretch our souls [1] – exploring the commandment namely: “…that you love one another as I have loved you.” John 15:12

The aim of this face-to-face discussion group is to help us better understand the commandment and to practice what it means to live that commandment today.

How: Participants will each bring their own knowledge, experience and reflections to share with each other so that we can learn from and teach each other.

When and where: It will be held monthly on the last Tuesday of the month, at 11.15am – 12.45pm in the Carmelite library, 214 Richardson St, Middle Park.

Session dates: Last Tuesday of the month August to November

Tuesday 28 October – love neighbour
Tuesday 25 November – how do we live this commandment

Registration: People will need to register for the program so that we have the contact details of each person to remind them of the meetings or provide any information required. Register using the form below.

Session 3. Tuesday 28 October 11.15 am

Love your neighbour.

Who is your neighbour?  Does love of others whom I do not know differ from the love I have for my family and friends and if so how?  How can I show this love?

Session 4. Tuesday 25 November 11.15 am

How do we live today in accordance with this commandment?
