A Way to Experience Peace through Practice. This program is for those who would like to introduce meditation into their lives in a gentle, progressive manner. It is simple and effective and avoids the disappointment that sometimes comes when people rush ‘head-long’ into advanced meditation practices.
Three Saturday programs will be offered in 2019. Saturday 9 February, Saturday 22 June, and Saturday 12 October. You can book below for the Saturday 9th February and pay by bank transfer. Or for any of the three Saturdays using https://www.trybooking.com/460549 and pay by credit card.
After attending one of these Saturdays, participants will be more ready to join in the weekly Thursday evening Meditation 7pm in the Malone Room.
