Three Saturday programs will be offered in 2019. Saturday 9 February, Saturday 22 June, and Saturday 12 October.

This program is for those who would like to introduce meditation into their lives in a gentle, progressive manner. It is simple and effective and avoids the disappointment that sometimes comes when people rush ‘head-long’ into advanced meditation practices.

After attending one of these Saturdays, participants will be more ready to join in the weekly Thursday evening Meditation 7pm in the Malone Room.

Booking for these Saturdays and the Thursday evening sessions will become open early in the New Year.
