The Spirit of Autumn – a reflection day in person at the Carmelite Library Middle Park Melbourne, 10am – 3pm

The day will be facilitated by Michele Harris and include a range of gentle, creative processes to tap into the seasonal spirit of Autumn. Numbers are limited so please contact Michele to check if any spaces available.

Autumn Reflection Day Saturday 14th May 10:00am to 3:00pm

The intention for the day is to offer a space for quiet individual reflection. A time to gently consider what the season of Autumn evokes for you. A time to make space for new beginnings. A time to rest in the silence.

The day will run in 3 parts.

Part 1    10am to 11:15 approximately

Acknowledgement of our First Nation People led by Clare McArdle
Introductions led by Michele Harris
Autumn Meditation led by Kathryn Pile
Quiet reflection

Morning Tea  Provided  20 to 30 minutes

A time to talk with others or continue in the quiet

Part 2    11:45 – 1pm

Michele will briefly introduce options to explore during this time including creating an Autumn Mandala, journaling, poetry, mindful walking amongst the autumn leaves, and, sitting in the quiet.

Lunch BYO lunch or  cafes close

Part 3   1:45 – 3pm

Gathering and completing the Autumn Mandala, journaling etc.

A time to reflect.
