DESCRIPTION:Recently\, Br Daryl was in Vietnam giving a series of talks on 
 Prayer in the Carmelite Tradition to 25 friars in formation during their a
 nnual Carmelite Studies Week. This conversation will highlight some of the
  topics presented such as the Practice of the Presence of God by Br Lawren
 ce of the Resurrection and Aspirative Prayer by John of St Samson and incl
 ude some pictures and highlights from the Carmelite Studies Week.\n\nBr Da
 ryl Moresco\, O.Carm. returned home to Australia in July\, 2024. Prior to 
 this\, he was the Managing Director of the Center for Carmelite Studies at
  the Catholic University of America in Washington\, DC.  Br Daryl also se
 rved as Novice Director for the U.S. Province of the Most Pure Heart of Ma
 ry from 2017- 2020 and Director of Pre-Novitiate Formation from 2007-2017.
   Br Daryl was born in Wonthaggi\, Australia.  He went to the U.S. to st
 udy Carmelite Spirituality in 2001. He is a spiritual director\, retreat d
 irector\, and workshop facilitator.  Br Daryl has a passion for promoting
  the richness and depth of Carmelite Spirituality.  He is also an icon wr
 iter and hopes to offer icon writing classes in the future.\nBOOKING ESSEN
