This retreat experience can be offered at any time you would like to focus on the inner journey

A non-residential guided retreat with a Spiritual Companion. Companions include Jim De Laurier ocarm, Matthew McPhee ocarm, Bernadette Micallef, Catherine Smith and Adrian Jones.

This type of retreat is for people who will go about their usual day to day work or routine and meet with a spiritual companion each day (or as agreed) at a mutually convenient time.
The meetings will be at The Carmelite Centre.

The duration of the retreat experience is flexible according to your needs. The usual time is 6 days but can be for a shorter period.

The retreat experience begins with you being linked with a spiritual companion and agreeing on times to meet during your week or days you would like to reflect.

 In the meantime you go about your normal daily activities - whether that is at work or at home with the exception of taking some conscious time for prayer and reflection.

The purpose of this retreat is to integrate your prayer life into your usual day to day activities.
